Day 1
New Patient Paperwork
All new practice members are requested to fill out the new practice member health application form as completely as possible. To help you save time in the office we will provide a link to this form via email upon scheduling. Filling this form out before your appointment can save you 10-15 minutes in the office.
Office Tour
After filling out your paperwork, you’re given a quick tour of the office where you can ask questions and meet our team.
Consultation
During your consultation, our team will review your paperwork and health goals while also sharing information about nerve interference, what it is, and how principled chiropractic care can facilitate healing in your body. During this time you’ll have the opportunity to ask plenty of questions and learn more about our office, your health, and chiropractic care.
Neurological Assessment
Our thorough assessment, using the most current and updated technology in the field, will evaluate the location and severity of stress and nerve interference in your body. This diagnosis allows us to fully understand the state of your health. We do this so that we can provide you and your family with the best possible care that you need and deserve. Additionally, our procedures are incredibly non-invasive and involve zero pricking, poking, or prodding.
X-Ray
The final step of your initial visit to the office is to have x-rays. Conveniently located in our office, our x-ray setup is professional, simple, safe, and usually takes a few minutes to complete.
Day 2
Report of Findings
Following your first appointment is the Report of Findings. During this visit, your doctor presents more information on chiropractic care and health. Following this, we will review findings from your assessment and x-rays, and discuss recommendations for care.
Begin Care
Following your Report of Findings, you have the opportunity to receive your first adjustment! Chiropractic adjustments at Resilient Chiropractic are gentle enough for children, and specific enough to benefit any health condition you may encounter.
